We act in three distinct phases to help maximise ethical brands' revenue via internationalisation.
Phase 1 – Discovery & Planning
During the initial phase we work with Brand Owners to identify structural obstacles to internationalising the brand and to agree on a detailed Business Plan for the brand for the next 3-5 years.
Phase 2 - Business Plan Execution
Uniquely, Osmosis Brands will then deliver the Business Plan in agreed markets, arranging distributor and retail partners as well as overseeing marketing plan execution.
Phase 3 - Business Advisory Role
Acting as an intermediary, we help conduct bi-annual or quarterly reviews between the Brand and the distribution partners, and troubleshoot solutions as necessary.
